Who receives the free mammograms?
Women without medical aid who cannot afford a private screen, selected by partner clinics in each community against published criteria. The Wishlist number on this page is how many are waiting right now.
Where does my money actually go?
The Foundation buys each screen from Radhiant Diagnostic Imaging, our group's own clinical operator, at the published cash rate of R1,200 per screen. We disclose this related-party arrangement plainly; the money buys mammograms, the Foundation carries the payment processing costs, and the counter shows each screen.
Do I get a tax certificate?
Yes. The Radhiant Foundation NPC is a SARS-approved public benefit organisation (PBO 930084654) with Section 18A approval, so South African taxpayers receive an 18A receipt for every donation.
What happens if a screen finds something?
The woman receives her results from the partner clinic and is referred into the public-sector care pathway with her report in hand. The mammogram is a door, never a dead end.
